Red Red Blush

Nyx-Blush-24Red-1

This is my second experience with a Nyx Powder Blush. The first one was with RAISIN, a quite tanned brown, and before you all go and think that i’ve gone mad for purchasing such blush shade considering my skin tone, let me tell you that nope, i haven’t lost it and i don’t have any hope of me evolving into a tropical bronzed goddess anytime soon. I bought RAISIN with the sole purpose of using it for contouring under my cheeks and it’s my favorite product for that. The texture is very blendable and with just a little bit of product and a proper brush (I use ELF’s Professional Bronzing Brush which i love), it does the work perfectly fine.

So knowing this beforehand, when I got the craving for a deeper pink than that is tend to wear as I wanted something that would make a more dramatic contrast with my pale face, I decided to take RED, which I must admit that first scared me a bit but with the good price that this brand always has I thought it was worth the risk.

At first it looks very deep, but after a little work it becomes a very nice slightly reddish fuchsia pink. With very little product the result is very flattering, I find that it brings my face back to life immediately.

Do not be afraid and dare to play with it, it’s worth.
